Charlotte, NC area: hate on OP, houses, boats & hoes

Technically it is pork sausage. I need a freaking smoker. Was using that tiny grill for the last two years in Montana because we were in a tiny rental.

I cooked pork sausages on the pellet grill last night, they were delicious

 

What brand is it? My buddy swears by his Traeger, I’ve never tried one though

 

I have a Recteq 340 and love it. The WiFi controls and alerts are fantastic.

 

I cooked this Tuesday, put rub on Monday night, turned the grill on at 2 pm and set the temp on my phone at work, told the fiancé to put them on when I saw it was preheated, came home and after it cooked for 3 hours I coated with honey and wrapped them for 2 hours, then unwrap, sauce and 20 more minutes

 

you have to get their higher end models to get one worth a shit. I’m gonna be buying a Yoder YS640s soon.

 

Like for use of a grill, but you lit charcoal for hotdogs... I know a guy that can tell you about Propane and Propane Accessories. Was there at least some Mac'n'cheese to go with em?

 

After buying the GX? Gonna hitch mount it for overlanding?
