I’ve been dealing with it for years. 0 desire to go under the knife for it. It’s my dominant side and I can’t wipe left handed.

When I had a rotator cuff done, I had someone say "...that's not good, that's your wiping hand.."

I certainly didn't mean to imply it was disrespectful at all. Quite the contrary, I am with both of you. I actually prefer to use a persons given name. Besides being respectful to them, you are also being respectful to their parents. They chose that name and had them baptised with it. It's how I was raised and to me it is flattering for the person you're talking to or referring to to use their name. I like and appreciate when my friends use my first name.

"Dale Carnegie believed that a person’s name is the sweetest sound they can hear. Think about the last time someone said your name, and they were actually talking to someone else in the vicinity. Usually, you feel surprised. When our parents were very proud, or very angry at us, they used our names. When someone wants our individual attention, they say our names. When someone wants to make you feel special, they say your name."
