    @slander I just got hit with a request of a $30k price reduction on my Asheville house based on some structural issues ( I was expecting this). I countered with $15k, felt that was reasonable to meet them halfway. Will see if they take it. I'm pretty confident they will but if not I'll pocket their $5k DD money and move on.
