Ouch! I expected some with mine but their list was crazy, oh well hoping some sleep for my wife and I will come to rational decision (accepting and making the deal happen).

I'll have to get used to this DDmoney thing, my realtor explained it to me and my eyes went crossed. I'm used to earnest money and thats it

It takes 10 mins to light the charcoal. I would rather boil the hotdogs before I cooked them on propane.

Yeah wont be fun to see $15 evaporate but there is still plenty of profit left in the deal.

So you'd go under contract on a house with nothing at stake? Crazy that sellers are willing to do that.....

Maybe I'm talking out of my ass because I dont have kids but seems like a handgun would be much more dangerous than a rifle (with regards to a child accessing it). You just planning to put the handgun up high or what?

That's what the earnest money is for up there, the buyer does not get that back. My contract is written that I keep that if they bail under certain conditions.

I have one of these in close proximity of my bed. I like it. Only I know the pattern and timing of the code I set. too fast, or too slow, wont work.

Yes, it would be mounted up high on the backside of the closet doors in our bedroom, or a finger print safe under the bed...or...

Here in NC, the DD goes right to the buyer and is non-refundable. Earnest money is held by the closing attorney and is not at risk until after the DD period is up. Have your agent explain it to you again. :)

I'm sure there is nothing stopping people from writing contracts like that up north, but I wouldn't enter into that deal if I was a buyer and my other option didn't have that.

It was processing on my end not an issue on her explanation LOL!! Sometimes I have to be hit up side the head with a brick to process stuff.

2 things always confuse me, real estate contracts and deals and anything to do with health insurance/workers comp. I deal with regulations all day, and those two always trip me up!
