Also, be advised on new construction on the main road on the north end of town before the river.

Pie in the pastry sense or in the glam band "Warrant" sense?

Also, be advised "The Wet Spot" is the laundromat in Moab, not a strip club

Is that little stretch of yellow considered bad traffic?

    not enough.
the traffic fluctuates throughout the day. it can get backed up north of the bridge. on a regular day, it'll stay yellow but you'll get through. once you get to downtown, it seems to free up pretty good.

Thats the rush at 930 on a week day. It'll be worse over the weekend because its 2 lanes each way 40mph through town and gets choked with UTVs on trailers and 5th wheels.

You'll feel like you're on the 10 back in DTLA for a little bit but it should be OK.

Was just screwing around on google streetview and saw this. WTF is it? I swear this looks like a pre-tacoma doublecab.

It's right on the north side of town by the fossil/rock shop.

I know they made Hilux pickups as double cabs but not in the states, must be imported

You had your chance with a pickup...

Just too bad it probably has the 3.0L.

Although, if it's imported, maybe a diesel? That would be sweet.

Definitely wouldn't be the 3.0 as its imported.

The truck was fun but since driving with coils in the rear, I find the 4R so much more comfortable.

looks like maybe a 1988 - 1997 Hilux double cab, came with either a 1.8l or 2.4l gas engine or a 2.4l diesel

    https://www.carsguide.com.au/car-reviews/toyota-hilux-69957

edit - looks like the 1.8l was only rear wheel drive models
