Yup, removing the grill is the way to go. Cute little girl you've got there. Seems like yesterday mine were that age.... Now they're 14. (twins) Enjoy that age while you can, teenagers are a different ball of wax!

Used the Meso light to take headshots of Simba ahead of his audition for Zero Bark Thirty

And got a really good shot of Simba's stack right before he tried to take off after some squirrels.

Before you get too into it, take the velcro part with the molle on it (not the pouch), remove it and sew a few lines across it (3 black stitch lines) This will keep the velcro part closer to the molle part and make it not stick out so much. If you want to get a idea of what I am saying, pull off the med kit pouch, pinch the velcro on the molle part and pull, you will see how far it comes out.

    Here is mine for example.

Made a partial bed mat out of 1/4 inch recycled rubber to go under the front 3rd of my bed under my Lomax Pro tonneau cover. This will keep storage containers I carry up front from sliding around, while being easy to remove (or maybe even leave in place) for hauling brush and lumber or other things where it's easier to slide out on the composite bed. I left the bed mat short at the front to keep the drain holes uncovered.
Also cut a section of the mat to install against the vertical wall up front, I didn't want to screw it in so I used double sided tape. I will see how this cheap Scotch brand tape holds, if it doesn't I will use some stronger 3M tape.
Also after much searching found some Hefty 18 quart Hi-Rise storage bins just the right height to even out the storage area in my SR Access Cab Utility Package. Now I can stack my larger containers and other items on the storage compartments and Hefty bins which make an even surface area (did place a strip of the rubber mat under the bin to level). This optimizes my in cab storage. Lowes Hardware also carries these Hefty Hi-Rise bins in solid colors, but I prefer the clear sides to easily see what I have in there.
Little things, but it's giving me what i want :)
