Glad to hear that! Do you take your yacht deep sea fishing? I know you're in VA, how close are you to the Chesapeake Bay? Not that I ever caught anything worthwhile out of it growing up but I remember fondly going crabbing with my dad.

I dunno if you were around a year or two ago when dumpster fire posts/threads were rampant on TW, mostly thanks to a handful of self proclaimed dumpster fire thread promoters who have since been banned. It was a real problem lol

I'm surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay, York River and Mobjack Bay.
Prayers for those on the Gulf coast.

I've been on this site for many years but only as a guest to find technical info in the 1st gen forum. It wasn't until I actually made an account in March of last year that I started looking at all the other pages available on this site.

I'm sorry I missed all that fun

Speaking of beer, I thought for sure I was out at home and kind of bummed when I got home from work and realized it. Looked under the kitchen island and sure enough, a forgotten 6 pack. God is real everyone

Guess whoever owns EVH's childhood home in Pasadena is now the owner of a landmark.

At least they are respectful enough to keep it on the sidewalk.

Apparently memorials are popping up all over LA. All the clubs they played in, his alma mater, the walk of fame etc. Even this random sidewalk he carved his name into as a kid.

The more I read about what other people in the music industry said about his health in the last year, the more it hits me. Dudes cancer was so bad he couldnt even think of playing guitar. Sammy Hagar said they were texting as of early this year and were able to mend their relationship. As of a month ago Ed couldnt even type out a text to reply :(.

Fuck cancer. Glad to hear him and Hagar worked things out before he passed. I grew up listening to VH. Shit, Eddie was only 14 years older than me.
