Those are the MX market Tacos.

I think they only get ATs?

    See the attached TSB.

i’m using 89 octane fuel so haven’t flashed your tune yet. I’d want to try it if you were to make a reg octane version.

I did a new log today with a lot of different full pedal runs.

I did manage to get some full throttle, but it was strange to say the least.

here is the overall picture (obviously all of these are not full throttle, but a bunch were, just try to match up the absolute load values)

    fullthrottlelimit.jpg

now here are the close ups after trimming the CSV in VF.

1st gear shifted to second gear without going full throttle

    fullthrottlefirst.jpg

As you can see it hit full throttle at first, then as the rpms rose it lowered automatically to around 45-55

here is a full throttle run in 3rd gear from a low rpm

    fullthrottlethirdgear.jpg

Same, went full throttle, then went back down, i never lifted, look at the rpms, it dropped at around the same number

Here is a first full to second full throttle

    fullthrottlefirstand2nd.jpg

This time i revved to 7k in first and it never hit full throttle in either, but it didnt do that weird drop off.

The only difference between the first 2 pictures and the last one, i turned off traction control for the last one.

    weeeeiiiiiird.

Its probably my fault, i may have done this to myself. maybe not though. Still would be interesting to know

This is torque control going on.

Find the map "engine torque Nm"
Raise the values until you get full throttle

Edit**** find the 2D map full throttle tinge torque / torque under full throttle.

Make sure you are on latest update! The map should be flat 4000

Raise values according to RPM until full throttle is achieved.

Curiously, how often do you use 4lo? I’ve wondered why it is always left out in those statements and then I start to hear parts breaking in my head when I imagine turning those up. Now I am intrigued.
