What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I think I figured it out after fighting for a while, then finally doing a search on Google and found some article/video. Had to do the same for the tag lights just recently as well. How are those MESO lights by the way? Been considering purchasing them, but haven't made the plunge. I did purchase the black door covers that I plan on selling because I don't like them as much as I thought I would. Besides that, MESO products have been great to me.

 

Did the full rci skid plates in steel, can’t wait to test them out

Super white bumper caps I don’t have the sonar but I picked them up on the for sale forum and they came drilled for them so I popped in some $16 Amazon sensors so they didn’t look stupid and unfinished anything is better than chrome!

 

U can buy a “trd pro shift knob “from Amazon . I like it compared to the one that comes original.

 

Man! I still can't get over how "REAL" your Minime looks! Never in my life have I seen a Toy Truck look so Beautiful...So much Detail!

 

Just put them in today. I think they will work well. Solid build quality. Super bright. Have to be careful not to look directly at them, it seems like the equivalent to staring at the sun. Just finished driving around to mess with them a little. The dome light in the back can be switched to red. It's a nice touch with less glare.

 

The V2 dome seems neat. With the push button, will it stay at that setting (red) even after the power is removed and restored? Or do you have to press the button every time to turn it red? I'm looking to get the V2 in white, but not sure if it's worth it over the original.

Hyperflashed when I first installed on passenger side rear, turned off truck then back on and it went away. Really impressed with quality, brightness and how easy this was to do.

 

I only got the rear v2 dual light, the map lights are some led wedge bulbs i got from Amazon, had ordered a bunch leftover from my old truck

 

It stays at the set switch, i like the red as it makes the inside look badass

Hey thanks! I’ve been a sports car guy my whole life! I never knew that a truck could cause me to hate money as much as I do!

 

How much was the super wrap and where

 

Ok I have issues to solve. #1 I specifically told them I want Blue tooth, and Gps , just figured out I don't think I have GPS, it says go to toyota and download .So I have had the truck 3 days , what can I do? Already put leveling kit in. Second isn't their issue, I am pulling factor tires with 200 miles on them, what are they worth without wheels?

 

V2 is so much brighter, but to do it over again I'd get the red white over the dual power white one.

When I was a kid they were the source of spending money. I once found 5 quarters in one. Made my day.

 

Haha, same. Remember going up to each one and hitting the eject button hoping a quarter would come down.

 

I remember making collect calls home from the mall and say “pick me up” so i wouldn’t have to spend a quarter
Also back in high school when i worked as a lifeguard in the summer they had one at the pool and we were able to rig the pay phone to make free calls
