So this is happening now. Started kast week, light turned green, gave a courtesy tap on the horn and it stuck on. Tried everything you could think of as I drove about a mile with my horn blaring. Pulled over, shut off the truck and restarted. Once she restarted, the horn stopped. A few days later, same thing again. Now im afraid to touch the horn at all. Even thinking about disconnecting it. If it shuts off when i restart, thats likely a computer problem right? If it was electrical, it would not shut off.

    That sucks.

Had that happen to someone behind me late one night on rural road in Florida. (although they never touched the horn)
I finally slammed on the brakes coming to a complete stop in the middle of the road, jumped out and ran back to the car behind me, flung open the door to set some shit straight, only to find this bewildered chick about my age with a horn that wouldn't quit. I'll never forget it, as it's closest I've ever come to beating a woman, and in the dead of night with no lighting the first fuse I pulled covered the horn.

She profusely thanked me, and blew the opportunity get a date out of it.
    1st world regrets.

That seems like a good way to get get shot. I gotta assume you were making some of that up, or I at least hope you were making some of that up.

I would try swapping the horn relay with the fog light relay there and see if your problem persists.

It the horn works, the issue may be from the Main Body ECU to the horn button via the spiral cable and connector S8

His issue was that the horn wouldn't shut off, not that it wouldn't sound if I read that correctly.

Spiral cable is the clock spring?

One time me and my buddy were chillin in his driveway and his wife's horn just started BLARING on her f150. Such a shock! Buddy popped the hood and unplugged the horn. Ended up being a bad relay I believe.

    Process of elimination...

Since it works, there's a need to rule out the other ground input to the circuit...but you knew that, right?

I doubt your wife trolls the midnight Florida backroads while tailgating people and laying on the horn for miles on end.
Correct me if I'm wrong, of course.

This incident was that of a teenager, 20 years ago. lol
It's going to be ok. I promise.

I observed that, and the process of elimination is great! I'd think most likely if the problem was in the clock spring or the wiring to the ecu he would have the issue intermittently even without pressing the horn button. Normally if I was trying to check a horn circuit where it was not working, I could rule out the clock spring using the remote.
