Well... This picture won't help any! LOL.
Mat said the throttle is being limited by torque. Double the values? It's not like it can create this much. o_OScreenshot_20201010-163909.jpg

Techstream will log throttle w/out truck running... So I would think so. But will truck register the changes to the calculations, probably not... I wouldn't think it'll be able to complete the calculations without a load on the engine.

    EDIT: Quoted wrong person

I raised it to 5000 but did not find that it fixed my issue.

Another MT guy made his 4900

I did however make the Throttle request to airload linear like some of the guys have posted in here in addition to changing that map to 5k and now i have the ability to go full throttle whenever i want to.

So the combination of these two things worked? I thought OV said this would address Automatics, MT was another fix???

First off, what a dang coincidence. I post this and you two were already talking about it.
2nd: Ugh, now I know what he means. I was looking at the original table (nM) he mentioned before he reposted. Duh.
I see flat 4000 now! lmao

Just took this tune for a good spin. It felt good at lower speeds
Gave it hell on the freeway and it stumbled rpms would get up to 6k and it would fall on its face before it shifted thought it was a glitch since new tune till I floored it again all the way doing 40 and it stumbled again pretty violent then shifted and was normal It amazes me how different each truck can be with the same ecu I’m digging into vf more now

That is weird. I wonder if it’s because I didn’t raise the fuel cut off?

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll see what I can figure about it also.

No, it pulls its hardest from 3500 rpm until shift point. Off idle it's lazy until 3500 rpm where the power noticeably increases like a smaller 2-stroke dirt bike (like a YZ 80).

I am assuming my truck takes off like everyone else's. For those who have not logged a Full Throttle Pedal take off from a stop probably don't know that the throttle blade doesn't open all the way in 1st Gear. It only opens 1/2 to 3/4 until you hit 2nd Gear.

I previously unlocked my ECU ID and had a tune opened. Windows 10, in its infinite wisdom, restarted for the 69th time that week so Vftuner had to be reopened. I had no problems doing so, so I'm assuming my system ID has not changed. I tried to open the same tune and was asked if I wanted to unlock it. I checked my license and saw I had the same number of credits (17) prior to the first successful (presumably) unlock. Checked the list of unlocked IDs and it just had NO-SIG so couldn't open anything that way. Tried to unlock again and got an error with the server and am thus stuck.

I can't try again at the moment to see if this is just a temporary issue with the server or something else so I'm reaching out here to see if anyone else has been in the same situation.

This may have been asked already...

Can I copy my alternator settings from one file to a new different one, or do I always manually enter them?

Yep - easy. Have both files open (the bottom left of VFTune will show what you have open) and open the tables you want copied from/to open. Highlight the full row you want to copy and right click, select copy. Then go to the window of the new file's table you want to paste to and highlight the full row, right click and paste.

For us auto guys I will report back tomorrow with the torque set to (5000) and some air load tables adjusted.
Tried tonight but with the rain I can’t keep the tires from loosing traction. And without traction control they spin non stop :)

This isn't radically different from my last tune, but it's refined some, and this time it's a Premium file. More and more people were asking... So here it is. AICS, Airflow, Throttle, Shift Points, 3rd gear TC Lock up elimination, Gear Lock... all the goodies. My variation of a "Performance Tune" but for all the DIE HARD Premium fuel fellas. 04B04_stock gearing_33" tires. No AGM though. Please provide feedback if you decide to run, I'd love to hear what you like, and what you feel could be improved.

    Edit: (10/11- 7:53am)
Once I get the low down on this first gear throttle limit nonsense, I'll add that to this file.

Edit: Added the Regular Octane version as well.
