So about a year and a half ago me and soem friends found a place to jump bikes into water and had a contest to see who the first one to backflip was. I ended up being first followed by maybe 5 or 6 more over a long time. Now the challenge was to see who would be the first to land it to dirt. I got it again yesterday and here is all my attempts.

i know your were probably trying to keep the landing forgiving .....for diggers:D
but also try packing the landing a bit you had a couple times when you could have ridden out but just kinda smashed into the soft dirt......

keep up the progress ..... ill try to find some videos of me to show you what im taking bout with the knees!!!

Ya my only injuries from it consist of shins that look something like mogels on a ski run and a little swelling in one of my knees(which has gone down now) and soreness everywhere! and ya i got that helmet for a good deal at 400 bucks and its one of the first times ihave used it.

The ones where i should have landed i was just coming up short and smashing into it. It looks a lot softer in the video than it was too.
