Yes they were the ones that sent me the new tubing. My hesitation with the smaller pulley is I will lose my 3 year warranty but I'm going to try and mess with the tubing

    Totally understandable.

I would squish, squeeze, push, and possibly re-angle cut the ends of those couplers.......all in an attempt to make more space between pulley and hose.

Just avoid and prevent vacuum leaks.

Subbed. I’m loving what I see here! Pro charger is actually the first boost I’ve felt but in an old style Chevy truck with a 350. I wish they had made kits when I had my 2nd gen. I inquired before but they had no interest in this market. Glad they’re finally doing it though.

Just finished my first round of tuning just @JustDSM and I would swear it was a different truck. Sent my logs off to him so we can see more in depth how it was but I am more than impressed

I was just about to ask how the tuning was coming along. That one hose was creating that much of a problem alone, or did y'all also tackle the fueling and VVT profiles to really wake things up?

All of the above. The leak, VVTi, fueling, timing, etc were all addressed.

The unfortunate part is the "problems" continue. The ProCharger BOV he was supplied, leaks worse than a old garden hose used as a dog chew toy. He's working with ProCharger on that directly.

A vent to atmosphere with a filter eh? Hopefully it was just a faulty o-ring in the until.

Where is its vacuum/boost source referenced from?

It's not a BOV, it's a bypass valve and when it's "closed" it's far from being completely sealed like a BOV would be but that's totally normal for these. The vacuum source is taken from the intake manifold. It doesn't take much pressure to actuate the valve and should be ez to test.

URD TCAI Cam gears OBX headers/y-pipes Tuned with HP tuners It's a ripper!!
Hi Guys, new to this site, this being my first post, but I have been reading posts from here for a few weeks now, great site! I am planning to buy a supercharger for my 07 tacoma, and leaning toward the procharger set up, I also really like the Australian (raptor) kit, but that guy is not replying to any emails, also URD doesnt seem to answer emails either, but after reading these 14 pages here, I like the idea of the procharger kit.

my concerns: I am no tuner, so was considering buying the full kit, BUT was wondering, when I had my 6.0 f250 diesel i could buy tunes from guys and have them sent to me in a file and then I would load them into my tuner, good custom tunes, and they were not expensive at all, is it possible to go this route?
Seems like one of the guys above that has been commenting might be able to do this? is it that simple, that I can give someone my modiifications and they send me a custom tune? is anyone doing this reliably yet for the procharger kit?

I would have headers and 3" exhaust so the full kit tune would be a bit of a waist being for a stock truck, also after reading these pages I feel its better to buy the kit without tune, without fuel pump booster, and buy a real fuel pump.
