Little cask strength makers line up tonight. My brother picked up a pack at Costco. So far so good.

Former coworker had a little tasting last night. He and I are the only bourbon drinkers but we did introduce the other 2 guests to some sips.

More of a scotch than a bourbon in flavor.

Been there. Several times. One time it wouldn't pass and I had to have lithotripsy. Busted that bastard up into thousands of tiny glass-like shards with sound waves. Which I had to pee out. And catch in a strainer for analysis. Hell is right.

I've seen that stuff. I love peanut butter and I love whiskey but I think putting them together would just be horrible

Its pretty sweet. Needed the Angels to offset the sweetness.

Its a mixer to me, not anything I’d sit and sip.

It's a unique taste that you have to be in the mood to enjoy. It's like the kool-aid of the whiskey world, sweet and no burn like a higher proof but not something you want every day.

While I agree, I’d do more for that Colonel EH Taylor than I would for a Klondike Bar.

Haven’t been around in a minute, lost the thread. Anyway, was in GA the other day with some time to waste and wandered into a liquor store...

Came across some Old Tub. I like it a lot. Good flavor for a 100 proof bib. I taste the char, I think.
