wish I would have already been set up for reloading. But I heard supplies like primers have gone way up as well.

Primers have been hard to find. It's like the opposite of the last big run where primers could be found but it was the powder that was hard to find.

Me too. I still plan to invest in a setup to reload, should have jumped on it sooner.

That's how I ended up starting reloading in the first place. I built a .300BLK in ~2012 and back then ammo was nowhere to be found but I was still able to get stuff to reload at that point. I actually stopped shooting my 5.56 stuff for a long time after that because working up and trying out different loads is a lot of fun and kept me busy for a long while. Just be careful, you will end up with 6 different powders and 10 different bullets in 5 different weights, ask me how I know :anonymous:.

The cheap end of the Leupold? We use a VX-R that's done awesome for the last decade or so.

In the same ballpark, eotech + magnifier works just dandy.

Just catching up on this thread. Wish I would have seen it earlier. If your looking for something for around 50yds or less on average-the sig sauer Romeo5 is good. I have that and an Aimpoint Pro. I have been happy with both. Both have long battery life and work great for out to 100yards. No magnification on them though.

Good choice. I am just as happy with that as my Aimpoint, maybe even more. It is easier to shoot the Romeo 5 with both eyes open the my Aimpoint. Not sure why and it could be the platform. But it is a nice optic, especially at the price point.

Anyone want this AR500 plate? I upgraded to stands and don’t have anything to hang this from. Give me something interesting for it.
