Hey dude, just posted some updated numbers. They should work even during y'alls hot ass summers given our engines run at 180-200 degrees at full temp. The challenge is that I am still trying to figure out exactly what each phase duty really means in terms of battery charging. Trying to get more info from Matt about that if he has it. I wish I had some machine that I could hook up to the battery terminals that would give me a direct battery charging read rather than just the ECU voltage. The first chart is the most important I think as it deals with voltage vs engine temp. As the engine reaches that full temp the ECU drops the charge to be in a safe zone for the temps. Hope the new numbers help. The new numbers should be safe for the battery still but provide a bit higher minimum voltage. Currently, the new numbers are topping off my odyssey extreme group 34 pc 1500 just fine.

I really like the premium tune! Very linear power, feels like it keeps pulling through all the gears very nicely.

I came from the 2.0-Prem-THX-33"-5.29 tune and so far, I like yours better! (I'm stock gearing with 33" MTs).

    Thanks!!

Fixed that with the new numbers. Just dial the first charts first two numbers back. Those are the cold start numbers. See my latest numbers from today. I am now getting a cold start at 14.5v-14.6v stable every morning. I can really only test those numbers once every morning when the ambient temps are lowest. DM me and we can work through numbers.

Anyone having trouble downloading the new vFt software?I’ve deleted the old ones 3x and redownloaded. Keep getting version 1.2.5.1 instead of 1.2.6.0 as it advertises. Files have no calibrations in them and there is no FM icon.??

    Is not your tune.
However, the numbers in these common tables are pretty, pretty close. Only difference is in the shifting department.

This is friggin awesome. We got people working on shift points, TC lock, throttle limiters, battery voltage and a bunch of other stuff I don't fully understand. The speed that you all, a bunch of amateurs that are figuring things out along the way, are refining this truck is incredible. I think 6 months worth of tuning has been done in here in a week.

I'll post my tune up (really a blend of Mooseditty's 2 tunes plus my TC changes) once i get a few miles on it and get it to settle. Hopefully someone else will like and use it. I'm just not sure where my last changes are going to land until it settles.

Edit-if it hasn't been suggested already, we should make a thread down the road with only user created tunes, for anyone that wants to share.

This is pretty much what I have now. From a start and with 2 other people in the truck I gave it as much throttle as I thought it needed to cross 2 lanes and accelerate into traffic very quickly and boy did it respond. No more anemic BS. I'm loving it.

Conversely if I give it a little I get a little. But the more I press the more I get. I can actually modulate the throttle to keep it from downshifting or press it just a little more than that then I'm downshifting and taking off.

In the updated VF tuner the flash manager button is missing from the tool bar. Intentional?

It wasn't hard to find but it sure was handy up there.

My names are not matching what is on your image above. Main question is most of the changes seem small, but one of yours (Phase Duty 2 I think) changed from 64 to 97.921. Seems like a large jump on that one. Any logic behind it?
