Hey all, new here and to "modern" Toys. I did have an '80 Celica GT, and a '92 sr5, v6 and a cap. Kinda rusty though.

Now I just became the second owner of an '06 TRD Sport Access Cab. So far I'm loving it. (I got rid of an '03 v10 F250 and a "built" '89 K5 Blazer.) I'm hoping on 18 or so mpg. I'll get some pics up later, but it is silver with a Leer cap on it. It has 265/70r17 Fuzion XTi's on it. Six speed manual. JBL stereo.

Reading here the last few weeks, I have done a few of the freebie upgrades, but not too much... yet. (more on the way...if my wife lets me...I do like my nuts right where they are!!!):p

So far...fogs on anytime, repaired the compass and thermometer display, (didn't have a soldering iron, so after Thanksgiving dinner, I sat in the truck with a lighter to heat a screwdriver and "re-soldered" the connection, so far, so good), and removed the charcoal filter when I added my K and N. I know, from reading you guys recommend the afe filter, but didn't catch that 'till after I got the K and N.

That will be it for now, no cash left, but a mild lift (2"?) and the next size taller tire. I don't really want to go wider, just a bit taller. I guess my real goal is to keep the best milage I can, and give it some personality to be just a little different.

I am a red-neck with a little poor-white-trash added in just to upset my wife a little. I love my job, family, and God, not necessarily in that order.

I look forward to learning more about this truck, and to use it, not abuse it! I wouldn't mind meeting a few of the "locals" from the area either. I'm in Naples, about an hour south of Rochester.

    Talk to you all later!!

My brother-in-law is in Fort Collins. He's a big guy at Lind's Plumbing! If I went out there, there is a significant chance that I would never come home, but yes, it is beautiful out here too.

Mark is my bil! Jeff would be my wife's cousin.

Yup, it certainly is a small world!! I look forward to getting out there some day. But like I said, it'll be hard to come back home!
