LOL.. I think he meant tire. Now he's selling some paint and sandpaper. Sometimes I watch the videos for entertainment.

Nah, that will cause issues with the antenna mount I have on the passenger side.

That's almost all Class III hitches, I think you have to jump up to a IV for anything more than 5500lbs

I don't trust mine at all on any kind of incline. If I'm wheeling and have to stop on a hill of some sort for a period of time or have to get out and scout/spot, I shut the truck off and keep it in 1st gear with the brake pulled. If I can I'll stuff a rock behind a tire.

People talk about having to get going on a steep hill with a manual being dangerous, but as long as you're in 4lo it's not really an issue.

It's linked, is it really that hard haha, just do inboard coilovers like @jcardona1.... I'm sure he loves me making his truck's suspension sound simple haha. It's a lot of work, but thankfully doing something to the rear can happen later on a 4r since the rear stock way out flexes the front (especially with your horribly short front KINGS haha).

Pics of his truck for funzies

Being me, I'd want the rear knocked out around the time I did the front.

I'd need to take a trip to so cal to a specific welder so I can get my shit done if I did go LT for some unknown reason.

That rig is fucking bitchin though

Should probably have plans to actually use the truck regularly haha, or it's just wasted monies

Oh I've got a lot of shit around me.

Wheeling had stopped as of 2 months ago to get ready for Moab. Once we're all back, I'll need to start taking trips down south to @eon_blue neck of the woods and check out the trails he's got near him.

Another nice thing is, someone I've been seeing doesn't live too far from Kings Canyon and other blm to wheel at.

Good points to note. Coincidentally, there was a discussion last week among some cruiser types about not relying on the transmission park pawl when stopped off-road. I read about them getting stuck in park is the problem. I'm ok with starting a manual on just about any hill.

Kings Canyon is fucking beautiful. Lot of dispersed camping out that way in the sequoias. I dunno how much 'real' 4x4 wheeling there is around there since it's a national park but there's a ton of service and old logging roads

In the winter there's a ton of snow there but they tend to close it down to the public if it gets to be a lot since it's a big tourist area

Talk about a money pit, and high initial investment... also hard to find the triple locked ones haha, took me a long while. But you couldn't actually find a better vehicle to start with for wheeling.

Would love to get an 80 series. If only they weren't so stupid expensive and hard to find any more.
