I have an aftermarket OEM style rack and the rear cross member does not hit the shark fin. Funny how a 3rd party got it right and Toyota got it wrong.

Given a choice, would you buy that rack again?

I found some channel guides that fit into the 3030 aluminum channels on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2666871
Original post I made has a parts list now (everything is from Amazon)

Finished some lighting work: finalized wiring for new dual amber/white LED bar for Prinsu rack, installed left and right side scene lights on roof rack, ran wiring/dual switch up to overhead console for light bar, and re-did wiring to driver side switch panel.

I think it's funny the s#!t they don't notice and what they do! Unless she noticed the blue interior bits and she's not sure what to say. Like, "did it come like that?"

What dual lightbar is that? How do you feel about the amber and white? I keep going back and forth on that style.

Sure would. It's well made and easy to install. I did silicone the mounting bolt holes after install just to be on the safe side. Didn't want little puddles of water on the roof.

Mud flaps, paint protection, color cement, glove box compartment organizer, RCI engine skid plate, Snugtop Rebel topper, Bedrug
OK, more goodies added. Installed a Bedrug on Friday, a Snugtop Camper shell on Saturday and Tailgate weatherstripping on Sunday. Next size up tires coming when the stockers wear out and that should do it......(like I even believe I said that)..........To add, what's a dang shame is that I couldn't sell the OEM Tonneau cover to one of you guys on here because I don't quite have 50 posts yet and don't understand that. Thank goodness for FB marketplace, sold it for $525 btw for anyone wondering what they can get for the OEM tonneau, there's a waypoint for you. 20201011_110659.jpg 20201011_111036.jpg

    @reymataco
Would the channel guides fit the Prinsu aluminum bars? (series 10 I think)

    Thanks!

It's a Chinese knockoff of Extreme LED Lightbars: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NC22RL2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I went with 43", so had to modifiy the Prinsu fairing quite a bit. There is also a 38" version, but it looked like it was going to be far too narrow for the gap.

    Extreme LED: https://extremeledlightbars.com/x6s...gle-row-led-light-bar-17100-lumens-combo-beam

It was (and still is) on back-order, and I'm not even sure it's not Chinese-made either.

Could've gone with the Cali-Raised one, but theirs is really tall, and my canoe would scrape/sit on it every time I loaded it up.

There's also Diode Dynamics, which I think IS American-made: https://www.diodedynamics.com/stage-series-42-white-light-bar.html

You can add in amber covers, but I think you void the warranty if you open up the glass.

Edit: I really like the dual light combo. I think this brand's amber is a tad "yellow," however. I bought some of this stuff to cover the amber portion, but haven't had a chance yet:
