    I'm hoping to have a bubble level somewhere on my dashboard or interior that I can easily view on my overlanding adventures. So...
    1. What model(s) would you suggest for use with a Gen 1?
    2. Where have you placed such a level on the dashboard or interior?

    I just use the ground in relation to my view outside the vehicle.

    Personally I prefer hanging a plumb bob off my rearview mirror. If it touches my nuts I know I'm too far off grade.

    if you're wheeling and making driving decisions based on your inclinometer you need more seat time and stay off big boy obstacles. also if you're looking at you're inclinometer or "bubble level" instead of the trail or your spotter...youre doing it wrong.

    Man I wish I had been doing video when that happened lol. The way you teetered when sliding backward onto that mound of dirt is the closest I've come to seeing someone flop (without actually flopping). Was like watching a metronome slowly return to center

    You do that by look/feel. Don't buy into this whole "overlanding" marketing thing as camping has been around for a lot longer than we have.

    Can't imagine an actual spot on the vehicle that's supposed to be level with the ground.

    If there is, what about cant?

    Just move around until your head is above your feet.

    here, 9.91...put it in your glove box. when you want to level the truck, but it in on the bed rail or something flat, park on some rocks, put back in the glove box. done.
