Been a good bit since I’ve done a 2nd or 3rd gen suspension. But it’s not rocket science if the eccentric bolts aren’t seized. If they were it becomes a little more of a headache

I can do basically everything at the house. Just need a welder. I don't mind paying someone, but they just have to be down with my hood rat shit; like cam tab gussets, frame plates and new cross members lol

Technically you shouldn’t. But between you and me.. you can usually get 1 or 2 uses out of them.

but if you have new ones, awesome (they’re cheap anyway.)

Living in the west Chicago burbs not really off-roading that much. I may do a trip out to colorado or the UP. Looking to get a couple inch lift on my 2017 OR 4x4. Looking into the Bilstein 6112 upfront and the 5160 with Icon 1.5” add a leaf on the back.

Any recommendations on any other components to add while getting the lift installed? It is my daily driver and my commute is 40 miles round trip to work mostly on the highway.

Also, looking for someone to install as a side job. I'm in no rush to get it done, just want to do it right.

Finally, where is the best place to buy the Bilstein setup?

Go to ChiTown 4x4. They are in Carol Stream and will treat you right. They primarily deal with Toyota so they know what you need. That will be a fantastic setup. Looks like you’ve done your research. You can also add a 1/4” top plate to the top of the coil overs prior to install that will get you just a little extra lift on top of what you’d be adding. And it’s more than safe to do so. Ask for Rick or Joe by the way.
