Lock came in the day after I ordered it.... Also the door took off one of my tonails on the way out to install it. Yay

 

According to google, Spokane and Greensboro are about neck and neck.

But add in Winston-Salem and High Point NC which are 20 miles from Greensboro and this area far exceeds the population of Spokane.

 

I don't need another vehicle right now. It needs bodywork and upholstery. Hundys have gone up since I bought mine.

I'm sure it will need a new suspension and more. It's local. The most it has going for it is no rust.

When I think back on it. If my 99 didn't have a flatbed I wouldn't have bought it.

 

Felt like that for awhile lol hence going 4R

 

Cause I suddenly sold it; guy offering me cash when I was making a trip to/from my apartment and house and store.

I was driving the Tacoma while I had the 4R on jackstands.

But I wanted to upgrade a 4R anyway after the opportunity arose so I sold off all my 4x4 conversion parts almost instantly.

Saw them live when I was ~23...it was weird

 

ok.. more talking and what not has made me start considering just saying fuck it, and pay to build a 3 car detached garage with a ceiling high enough to install a lift in the middle bay... quite a bit more money than just a shipping container... but i could also work out of it more comfortably

 

well the idea is since the seers house has a garage, the second house needs one too (eventually it will be rented out, but this is years down the line) im willing to pay for part of the construction of a 3 car garage, my uncle will pay me back in the future when im "done" with it unless i ultimately decide to fix up the second house for myself (which i might) the idea is a gambrel style garage (to match the barn) or a craftsman style garage. steel building would look very out of place by the houses

 

Wood is hella expensive right now. $7 average for a 2x4

 

steel framing is all i will ever do. the exterior will be wood. but use the wood from the annex on the barn thats going to get torn down

 

It will once morons decide they want to work again.

 

concrete is the $$$ i want to put a lift in if i do the garage, the idea is to make money from it

You can pay less for concrete if you only have the pad poured thick under where you do the lift instead of the entire pad
