@BartMaster1234 Had a Dell Dimension 4100 as a kid but sold it for scrap in like 2013. This one popped up for cheap so I grabbed it. They fit a normal ATX power supply so I'm going to build a sleeper in it.

 

like this. no dormer. might do a loft over 2 bays, but with 1 full size rack. 32' wide and 30' deep would be very useable. and this is the style barn that is on the property. Steel roof with wood for sidding off the part of the barn (an addition) thats getting torn down. Idea is steel frame it all, OSB it then wood planking for the outside. it would be 6" thick concrete where the lift goes and standard concrete the rest of the garage

 

this one actually is damn near the same profile as the actual barn.. would be like a little mini me barn

 

They sell steel version of that

 

im sure they do. but i'm perfectly fine with building it myself with family.. we've done it before and cost would be less.

this was just decided as a possible solution to a problem today. going to plot out the land and get quotes on concrete. if it does happen, my parents garage will fit my car, my dads car and my moms car for the first time ever. and i can move the tools to this garage and just keep the one triple bay at home

 

I've been friends with concrete workers in the past... cheapest way to do a pad is set the form yourself, learn to tie the rebar (not hard at all and you'll be a pro halfway through lol)

Then go to a jobsite and look for the old grizzled dude that has a pronounced slump to his shoulders and knee pads still strapped on while he's walking around..

Offer him a side job and he'll grade that concrete smoother than a babys ass for 2 30 packs of Corona beer and 150 bucks

 

meh i rather pay the extra coin for someone else to do it. theres an art to it i dont understand because of our environment up here.

Yeah, this. With constant freezing and then getting hot and all the moisture, the foundation is the most important thing for that part of the country. Gotta be done right.

 

It ain't that bad! Just take some time sanding is all.

 

You can always cover it with bed liner
