Thanks I will have to see if there’s a Colt dealer around here. No optics are not included in the budget. Good with iron and for a while. M&P has been on the list and It’s actually a cheaper option

Can always get an anti rotation trigger pin kit. They can be had on the cheap.

After more Google I found those pins. I'll probably get what you posted. I'll keep an eye on it for now.
I would like to fix the handguard. I can feel it rotate when handling the gun. It bugs me.
    Thank you!

So you are looking for a complete rifle? If so I can't help on that. I have a stag lower that I built and I switch out uppers as I see fit. Building a lower is not that hard at all. Honestly I see no reason not to go the home built lower with a built upper route.

If you must have a matching rifle and the rifles are of equal quality I guess id pick whichever one i liked more. Lol. Maybe look at them in person and hold them?

Oh, the actual hand guard rotates. I thought you meant just the delta ring that the bullet was pointing to. Yeah, I would fix that.

The bullet tip is touching the part that rotates along with the handguard when handling the handguard. By rotates I mean it moves slightly, maybe 1/16". It's not much but it shouldn't move all I think. So how to fix it?

Of those 3, I'd go with the M&P. Shoot the shit out of it to see what you like/don't like. Then you can change out components. Affordable way to enter the madness.

Its going to have a little play in it like yours. I just checked my old A2 and it rocks side to side a little. Outdated technology...everyone uses free float handguards now.
If you are really bored and cheap, you could remove the handguard and put some black athletic tape or electrical tape in the areas with play and that should tighten it up. Not sure how long that fix would last.

That’s the big problem around here nobody has any. I did find a couple of ATI Milsport Friday but I’ve never heard of them

If it's an older one it may have worn in some areas that keep it tight. That said 1/16 isn't terrible. You may see if a friend can loan you a newer drop in hand guard to swap in and see if it has play. Again, if it's older you might compare the tension on your delta ring spring with theirs. It doesn't happen often but they can allow play.

As mentioned above the only way to completely eliminate it with 100% certainty would be a free float with the specified torque and a healthy amount of thread locker.

ATI makes a pretty low grade rifle

Theyre not worth spending a fortune during increased prices

Be patient and get something nicer...even a bottom tier PSA or an Anderson

Thank you. The last time I carried one, M16A1, I believe Colt was the only manufacturer. It blows me away all the companies making these now. All the reviews I have read and watched really liked the Savage and the Springfield but I may just keep looking hell nobody has any in stock anyway. I'm not in a hurry I'll find what I want eventually

It's new gun. Prolly has ~300 rounds thru it. I don't have any friends that have ARs. :( Thanks for the reply.
