Are you missing a lug nut on your rear passenger tire? Looks like 5 lugs and one rusty or broken stud in the pic. Maybe.

Haha Yes sir! No issues with it, on my 'to-do' list but thanks for the heads up . Just ordered some spidertrax 1.25" spacers to help space the front tires from the upper controls. Will look into replacing it before putting the rears on. Wanting some 33x10.5 ultimately

Be careful with these. Just snug, that is it. They are easily over tightened which will intro a bunch of *cough* noise issues *pop* *clunk*. I would say don't make them loose to the point of the metal sleeve spinning freely. Just barely snug.

Finally got it done. Somehow the shop (or maybe the alignment shop) messed up the brake booster and had to replace it during the process. Got new LCA's put in too. Didn't realize how fucked my old suspension was until I drove her home.

After on top, before on the bottom.

Currently going through this install and have 2 questions.

    1. I'm trying to install the exhaust relocation bracket but can't get the pipe to come down enough to match the new holes without stretching the muffler hangars. Am I supposed to also remove the hangars at the rear of the muffler?

    2. I have a 4 cyl regular cab 4x4 with no extra weight in back and got the Dakar pack. I'm wondering what leafs people have removed to get a proper ride height. I've seen some older posts mentioning various methods but was hoping to get other opinions.

For #1, just takes some force. Attach the bracket to the pipe and then force it into place to line up the bolt holes.

For #2, I just added the AAL to the pack since I have a shell as well as the added weight (200+lbs) of gear. Im sure others will chime in on the AAL for your situation.

How long are the wait times going for everyone else that has ordered these kits? I placed my order with 4wParts on 8-23-20. I've got nothing, of course me being a cheap ass may have everything to do with why my wait time is so long. I ordered all the components individually to take advantage of their free shipping. If I had ordered the kit under one part number, I would have been charged freight. Just curious if anyone else is patiently waiting......

Thanks, just finished my install around midnight last night. Got the exhaust on and it just barely touches the leaf at full droop. I also decided to leave the leaf packs as they are and see how they settle over the next few weeks. Right now I have about 3-3.5" of lift in the rear and 2.75" up front.

As for shipping times, I ordered my kit from Wheelers on September 21st and it just came in last Thursday.

looking good. I believe the leafs on the 98-04 settle better than 95-97. Throw some sandbags back there.
