    How is the reliability on one of those bad boys? I have looked at getting one of those 1911's but always ended up with Glock or S&W for personal protection. Have shot a few 1911's and loved the way they feel.

    You know I'm totally playing devil's advocate here. lol

    Have nothing against more modern/double stacks. I just prefer my sweet lookin sexy bitch 1911 for that type of carry. Although I'll soon be carrying a 6 chamber .45 Long Colt revolver in the woods instead :rolleyes:

    For the more concealed carry, I'd still go with a single stack... it doesn't print as much.
