I took the plunge and got an OEM 2020 trd pro grill. Now the camera seems to be a bit off. Does anybody know how to recalibrate the camera so it lines up with with the sides? This is what it looks like within the lines of a parking spot.

Tried all 3 methods to try to get into diagnostic mode. Don’t know what flickering is, my seek button doesn’t click right or left, the light truck didn’t work. :/ thanks anyway.

    To go into diagnostic mode:
    1. Turn on the ignition
    2. Turn your headlight switch fully off then on one click
    3. After your HU screen has settled down press the Home button and then press-and-hold-in the Audio button
    4. While pressing on the Audio button on the screen turn your headlight switch forward two clicks and back one click, three times, so you are cycling between the 2nd and 3rd options on your headlight switcher on the steering column. Keep the on-screen Audio button pressed.

In diagnostic mode, you can adjust your cameras and a few other things like change the color of the truck in bird’s eye view.

Thanks for the instructions! Can you clarify some of it? I’ve put a picture with light position labels for reference.
    A. Do you need go to from position 1 to 2 per step 2 (Update: this is not important)
    B. Per step 4, do you go from position 2 to 4 then 3 then back to 2 and repeat? Or do you just toggle between 2 and 3? (Update: you can just keep toggling back and forth between 2 and 3)
Update: I’ve gotten this to work as well. Important thing is you read the instructions and hold Audio (third button from the top on left side of LCD), not the Power/Volume knob.

So from OldGregg’s link, the second instructions worked.

    1. Turn the ignition on.
    2. Make sure the audio system is off.
    3. Push the Menu button on the multi-display.
    4. Press the Display button in the lower right section of the multi-display.
    5. Press Screen Off on the display.
    6. Push the Seek > button five times, push the < Track button five times, and verify that the diagnostic mode is entered.

After you hit the < Track button for the fifth time, it immediately goes to the Sevice Menu. But after I hit Function check/settings then Camera setting, the options for view adjustment and steering angle setting is grayed out! So close!

Is the camera view adjustment and steering angle setting also grayed out on yours?

yes, but I didn't have a camera stock. I added an aftermarket one. I just assumed that was why on mine.

Sorry, haven't come across one yet.

For giggles and shits, have your truck in drive/gear and try going back to where you had options grayed out in the diagnostics menu. This is a total guess.

I've had the same issue with the options greyed out. Curious to see a solution.

my unproven theory is that the cameras don’t have servo motors to change the angle of the camera. The software probably has to either zoom or clip the static image. But maybe the software isnt good enough yet. Buying the TRD Pro camera might be a way to fix it but not looking to spend $500 to find out.

Hold the button for view adjustment for 5-10 seconds .
I didn't mess with any of the settings, so not sure if it'll achieve what you're wanting.

    Lucky guess.

Let us know how well the adjustments do.

Same. Looks like a pro grill will be in my near future now that I can adjust the camera
