Yeah it’s pretty sweet. I’d probably only have one or two at a time before I either stopped drinking or got something els.

A lovely mug of my Jarrylo Pilsner that's has indeed mellowed out nicely as the all-knowing @Beer:30 suggested. Working on the boat before another trip this weekend.

I didn't realize Yuengling made beer like that. I've only had the regular Yuengling. Looks pretty good!

It’s brand new. I just saw about a week ago where they released it.

Whew, hadn't been on TW in about 3 weeks getting a house ready to sell. Took a little while to get through all the beers, I think I broke my "like" button...

Yeah I saw, I think there were two cases last I checked? Hopefully it was an isolated incident.
We had one in our group that had a sore throat and slight cough a week or so after so she got tested, came back negative. I stayed around the house for a couple weeks just to be safe and responsible. Day 17 symptom-free so I think I'm good to go. Truth be told, if the 'rona did attempt to get me at Mecktoberfest it probably took a couple minutes of my blood alcohol content from that day to make it run for the hills. Definitely over-indulged.

There are a lot of great breweries here. Where specifically will you be because most of the breweries are about 30-50 miles west of DC in Loudoun County? In DC proper, Bluejacket and Right Proper are the best. Bluejacket also has great food. In Alexandria, Aslin is the best and probably the best/most popular in the entire area. They also have a location in Herndon, VA. Port City in Alexandria is good too. Further west in Loudoun County Ocelot Twinpanzee, Solace and Crooked Run are good. And then further west in rural LoCo are a lot of farm breweries with great views like Dirt Farm, Best Chase, and Harper's Ferry.

Must hits, I'd say Bluejacket and Aslin and if you time/depending on your location, go out to Loudoun County and you can hit a few that are close to one another or w good views.

I think my dad lives in Manassas? I know it’s about 30 mins from DC. I haven’t been out since he moved there last year.

I’ve heard good things about Aslin so I’ll have to add that to the list

I'm in Haymarket about 15 miles from Manassas. Too bad I won't be home. In Manassas specifically, Sinistral and Badwolf are pretty good. Two Silos venue is awesome but beer is only ok.

Aslin is a must for sure but since you are in the Manassas area, Old bust head in Vint Hill (about 15 mins from Manassas) is really good too and one of my favs.
