Having had Dakars, I would choose Dobby's over the Daks.

The Deavers have been great so far, though. I am interested to see how the Icons hold up.

 

I am too. They seem like should be a good fit and it was nice to not have a lead time waiting for customer deaver packs.

 

I always wondered how the Icons would hold up on this fat bottomed bitch...

 

I haven’t had any major issues with my Dobinsons leafs yet. They do like to fan out when drooped and don’t return to center.

How much did these cost if you don't mind me asking Randall?

 

$750 shipped from headstrong offroad. They're the Icon RXT leaf pack.

 

Did you get any of the additional leafs. I've installed a few and know a couple of guys with them they seem like a better option to the more expensive dobinson and deavers but a better than the Dakars.

 

The extra leaf is included in that price, so there’s 3 options for capacity.

 

Oh nice that's a pretty damn good deal for their max capacity. I'm sure you won't be needing the heaviest setting

 

The plan is to just leave it on option 1 and see where that puts me. I want to stay fairly low in the back

 

I got them on. 2” lift drivers side and 2.75” passenger. I didn’t measure beforehand, but I already knew I had a nice taco lean before starting. So this is a bit more lift than advertised but I’ll measure again in a month or so and see where I’m sitting. About to go for a test drive now.
