Yeah I paid $550 for a new set, those need a bit of love to even be usable

You mean you're individually receiving a unique discount over the 10% TW other people have stated DSM gives them? Doing a lot of business with them maybe?

 

It was 3 years ago, so the retail price was lower and I was in Texas then, so no tax. But I never asked for a discount, I just asked for a shipped price. I think most salespeople can tell the difference between a tire kicker and a serious buyer and adjust their prices accordingly.

And I’ve found all my interactions with @Downsouth Motorsports to be excellent.

 

Ah gotcha. Yeah I remember the cost of metals going up required King to raise their prices awhile ago. Definitely with you on the having the ammunition / money tube locked and loaded on the phone and having a quick and good deal happen.

$550 would definitely be a price I'd throw out an offer for rather than offer full asking price on those.

 

You had 2.0s. The listed shocks are 2.5s.

 

The Kings @hoarder23 bought 3 years ago were 2.0x12s. The ones in the listing for sale are 2.5s. Just so there is a clear understanding of the price.
