If all 4 wheels won't turn, maybe its a problem with a brake vacuum booster or the master cylinder.

freezing ebrake is a common issue. Can you get a heater onto your cable and thaw it out a bit? If that doesnt work Id check the calipers next.

Not nearly cold enough to freeze. 60 today and yesterday so it can't be that.

Both rear wheels need to be off the ground to check.
And in neutral, chock the front tires. The truck can roll when the rear end is off the ground.

Try both rear tires off the ground at least. If it's in gear when you spin one the other will spin opposite. If it's out of gear then one wheel can spin alone but will spin the driveshaft.

    Don't have it in 4wd.

I assume now you didn't check the front, just the rear?

There's a quick way to confirm if its the E-brake cable. Just pop out the plastic trim piece around the gear shifter and you'll see the one brake cable coming from the front; this cable is connected to a small plate. On the other end of the small plate there's your two cables (one on the left, one on the right) that go to the driver and passenger rear brake drums. If one of your cables is stuck, you'll know because when you press and release your e-brake, that little plate will be slanted to one side.

All wheels won't move? Do you have it in 4wd? If so, put it back into 2wd. If the tires are moving a bit, it sounds like all the wheels are affected due to the x-fer case being in 4wd mode and the slight movement is driveline lash.
