Well I guess there's only one way to find out for sure.. Since those look like they are flat all the way down, you may be in good shape

    This.
It smoothed the tq and hp band, lowered tq, and gave a bit more hp after 3k. On 255s it was a very noticeable change from before and after, good butt dyno feels. On 35s, it's like I did nothing
In relation to wheeling here in the Appalachian region, after the header, translates to less pedal needed to climb rocks and muddy hillsides. You get more torque sooner in the rpm band.
Far as audible points, it sounds so much better! Gave it more of a grumpy 4 banger sound, it'll always sound a bit ricey. I already had a Magnaflow muffler on and kept it, so no idea what it sounds like with stock. There's a YT vid out there with it from LCE I think, but that's entirely determined by how you receive the audio and your software and speakers. I've got a video myself attempting to capture the Magnaflow muffler sounds as well, I believe that was before header, though.

that sounds more than worth the price tag. I have no desire to go s/c - I know the 2tr-fe is overbuilt, but I want it to last 300k, so gears and header is all I’m going to do as for as “performance.” Don’t even care if it’s not C.A.R.B compliant - I’m ditching this state soon anyways.

I didn’t buy it to be fast anyways lol, but a tad more torque low never hurt anyone

If you can, hold out a little longer and wait for another sale. Most everything LCE I put in/on came from a sale. There will be another coming up soon, just follow their socials and sign up for emails if they do that.

    I'll say this...
When I asked them about their header vs others they even sell on their site; "We won't give you the exact numbers from a dyno result due to many many variables, but ours is putting out better numbers than the competition's claims" in a nutshell.
If I lived in AZ and had just a touch more disposable income, I see absolutely no reason to NOT have everything 2TR for my truck from them. Those engine internals :drool::drool::drool::drool:

agreed! Love this forum with all the 2.7 dudes who feel the way I do about these little bomb proof motors lol. I saw those intervals too and drooling like a MFer but I too don’t have all that extra cash right now to blow - little cautious to spend heavy right now with the economy in shambles

    * proceeds to buy complete 3rd and clamshell for ECGS for my 275/80/17 mtrs lmfao

2.7L is supported but in beta.
So technically you could order and begin tuning as long as we have your ECU version.

Much stronger than stock and don't need to be replaced every time you remove the flywheel

Oh. I didn’t catch that when I read the description. It made it seem like they still needed to be replaced but they were just stronger.

Why does it say “don’t risk your legs”?

Yeah the description could use a little work lol.. I'm guessing because flywheels can become flying shrapnel if they fail catastrophically and it's right below your legs and feet.. not entirely sure on that though, just brainstorming there

Oh shit. Good point. Damn, they should really spell that out a little better maybe with a picture. Now I kinda feel like I need some.

Yup. I just replaced my flywheel too. But next time I'm definitely upgrading the bolts so I don't risk losing my legs.

I've been angry shifting and rev limiting in mine since the clutch install, still not made Lt. Dan status.
    Yet :D

But I absolutely see the need for it! My LCE kit did give the option for including, with a cost :jerkoff:, flywheel and pressure plate bolts. I took that option. Just realized I've been running it for 2 years now, still happy.
