with that truck setup, you could go into the stump removal business, hell I bet you could pull a tree out of the ground, bad ass looking truck. You should be able to 4wheel anywhere you want i that rig.

Almost legal. Keep up the good work. Post some pics of it flexing when you get a chance if you don't mind.

What is that plastic exactly? Got a link by chance? I need to make some custom liners for my cut fenders and that looks like it would work well.

Interesting radius arm setup. We built one of those on a grand cherokee and I was thinking of doing that on mine, are you going to remove one of the upper arms before wheeling? If not what's the plan to deal with the inherant bind in a radius arm setup?

You chop the front frame because it saves you a ton of time cutting and grinding the IFS off and a ton of time welding the reinforcing plates to the stock frame and gives you uptravel and clearence for steering and lower ride height. You are hacking a big cross member off and now putting all kinds of forces into the frame horns they aren't designed for, so if you don't add strength somewhere you may find out the hard way what you should have done. Even if you aren't rock crawling, just hitting whoops in the road on the highway at 70+mph puts all kinds of force into the frame.

That’s fair, I’ll probably just go for the bought not built kind of deal. Even if it means buying a gladiator :anonymous:
