Is that because you bought vato zone special?

 

Its a family car meant to have no noise vibration or harshness thus has soft af mounts

when you start rallying it, doing burnouts and other things you do to a car you dont care about the soft rubber gives out

Yes they were from a parts store, and did the exact same thing in the exact same time as the original ones after i got the car

 

Thought people like you just filled them with polyurethane and shit

 

Not possible with its design

 

Honestly works the best, if it's a tough mount to make solid or an unbalanced engine at least. Drill holes in the old rubber mounts and fill with the tubes of poly caulk, or the more DIY stuff you make and pour (takes longer)

 

I have bigger tires that exasperates things

Og camry motor mount cut down with a plate welded to it that a jeep mount bolts to

The stud that pokes up has a coupler nut threaded onto it that a bolt goes into

In all seriousness though, glad she's home and well

 

That's a creative torque mount

 

The amc 4.2 energy suspention one was $36

I should have just gotten the $10 rubber one i almost dont like how stiff the poly is

 

If the guy still has this I'm tempted. But it might not be straight enough of a pickup bed to put a shell on.

 

I'd offer less but I'll probably wait for a nicer one.
