I'd be down to swing by after work. Have some sliders from Mobtown to install that I'm a little worried about because joe said "you're going to hate me" when talking about installation. LOL

 

They’re a bit of a bitch, that’s for sure. Assuming you got the HD ones. It just secures in so many places. It’s great for strength though.

Indeed I did. There's always two sides to a coin.

If only I could. I'm out here working in the gravel lot behind my apartment, so I don't think this would work.

 

I recommend starting with the passenger side first. No hard brake lines in the way so you'll get a better idea of how everything connects and what goes where. Then transfer that knowledge to the drivers side. Also, here's an install video if you haven't seen it already.

Agree with Randy. Even with the Overland sliders it's best to start on the passenger side.

 

Agreed, there's a few more extra special items like brake lines and electrical boxes to contend with on the drivers side. Otherwise not terrible even without Dave's HF tool!

 

I did mine in the parking lot of my apartment. I used two jack stands to hold up the arms and the stock jack to hold the mount against the frame. Just gotta make sure everything is prepped before you get that far haha

 

That would be something like the Night Owl (for vehicles) or Waylens...

 

I started stacking downed trees in a 15'x15' square and then filled the interior with smaller brush and logs. It is now about 10' tall. At this point I am almost afraid to light it.

 

This sounds like a good candidate for an arrow on fire being shot into it, like David recommended. Oh and of course a lot of gasoline.

Went trout fishing in WV today. Water level was really low, making it difficult to find deep pools holding fish. Saw a bald eagle too!
