Help Identifying side steps.

I traded my TRD 2WD for a TRD 4x4. New truck has steps and rail. I need help identifying them.

 

They kinda look like the new oem predator steps that come on the 3rd gens

 

Toyota Predator Tube Steps

 

They do look slightly more edgier than round. Maybe a newer model of steps or the pictures are just not giving me all the details. These also stick out further than predators and theres no exposed bolt on top of the OEM predators either. Now im curious.

 

They don't look as tucked into the rocker panel like normal, could be the picture angle.

 

They look like the predator steps but with erectile dysfunction.

the end caps are wrong at least, the pipe angles are off a bit, and the brackets that hold the steps are weird.
and i dont remember the oem ones being open on the inside.
and the predator mounting tabs are not bolted to the bars.

Predator steps ?? I don’t understand you post ... need help identifying..??? Is there a reason like your trying to see what they are worth ?

OP has steps that look like the OEM sidesteps known as toyota "predator" steps.
But they are not actual oem predator steps.
they appear to be a knockoff, and the op was trying to figure out what brand they are.

the reason is immaterial, but maybe they need a value to sell them?

 

Yup, these are VERY close to OEM predators but definitely not the same. They stick out to far and have more sharp creases unlock the oem predators which are flush to the cab and hav smoother edges. The brackets holding the step are also different marginaly.

 

Really hard to tell since there are so many steps out there but they look like some version of these steps made by Westin. I could be wrong, of course, but they look more like these than the OEM Predator steps.

Seems like the best bet is to look on Running Board Warehouse or Amazon and try to do a visual match. These were the closest that I could get. Hope that helps !

 

Cheap E-Bay Steps. I used to have these and they are terrible. You'll just need to do an eBay search to find the double cab version:

Look at the way it mounts in the back -- there's a joint there along with a sliding track. Also that single bolt in the very front of the step is a dead giveaway and is why they're horrible. It doesn't mount to both forward bolt-holes like OEM and thus it's extremely unstable.

I took a few pictures of these because I thought they looked cool and then promptly replaced them with sliders.

 

They look nothing like this...

 

This is the most logical answer.
