I thought that was cool and got an alert it was available today. Once i seen $70.00 I was no longer interested. Maybe if it was $40-45 I'd be more on to that but that's a lot to just have a cooler key in the color of your truck.

I'll save that for other mods that protect or enhance the truck. My key still starts her up fine.

$10 on Amazon. I already converted mine using this. Probably not nearly as good of quality as Meso’s, but it’s also 1/7th the price. I already did mine and haven’t had any issues out of it. Locksmith cut the key for me for free as well. After using this for a little while I can’t bring myself to spend $70 on the one just released. Like I said, Meso’s is probably a lot better quality...but still.

yeah, it’s got a trunk release button, but obviously I’m smart enough to not try to use that. Lol.

I agree with Meso's stuff being good quality. I have a thing or two of his and also AJT design. Both great vendors but it's not a whole new fob just a new flashy way to hold the one you have.

To each their own. $70 isn’t much. Debating between $3200 wheels and $1200 wheels is where I can compromise. The key not poking my leg is worth the $70.

I'd rather put it to better LED lights or something. My key doesn't poke me, i don't wear tight pants.

Haha sounds like you do saying $70 is too much. Tight pants actually would keep the key from turning into you. Tight pants wearer confirmed

Does the blank have to be cut by a dealer or can a locksmith do it?

Locksmith can do it. Did mine for free bc it only takes like 30 seconds.

I've had mine cut by a small local hardware store but Lowes and Home Depot wouldn't touch it.
