Yea it's kind of a cluster F. Imagine me coming from an urban area that's a giant grid, and I lived in a suburb that was incorporated in the 1970s, so everything is laid out post horse and buggy era LOL!! There is definitely no going around the block here if you miss you turn. I got so lost my first night here, I rolled into town at 1130pm after a 13hr drive having never even stepped foot here, I had no idea where the hell I was going!

I have enough space to build a shanty for them.

I don’t make it up there too often but I did like the Olde Hickory Tap Room, that was a cool place if you haven’t been. They make a good Christmas Ale that I trek up there around the holidays to pick up a few 6 packs of.

my ex’s brother is a bartender there. We were there almost every weekend. They made a coffee beer one time which was amazing.

Yeah man, first time I went they brought out a pint with a candy cane on the rim. I thought they were crazy, but it really is good with a candy cane in it. I wish I could find it locally but it’s worth a trip up there each year to get it.

They have a good festival up there that was cancelled this year due to the ‘rona. Hickory Hops Beer Festival has over 50 craft breweries represented to sample. Went once, it was pretty fun.

If anyone else is in the market for a GX I lowballed this dealer down to $7200 cash OTD...probably not gonna buy it, so throwing it out there for anyone else. rust is minimal on the undersideand the timing belt was last changed at 170k...otherwise it’s fairly clean.

You GX boys are the GXs bigger than the 4runners or are they the same size relatively. I'd really like to get a sequoia but I'm weighing my options here.

@w.adventures had both, he can chime in better than I can. Believe the GX is taller for sure, might be a tad more narrow.

It’ll work for my needs is all I know.

GX’s are taller and narrower compared to a 4runner. I would say sit in both if you can. 4runner with sunroof has no headroom if you are taller.

4unnner is weird because you are almost sitting on the floor and has no headroom with the sunroof. GX feels like you are in a suv sitting up higher and still has a lot of headroom.

The 4th gen 4runners have the seat sitting low like that. Damn I need to pay attention more.

So with those questions answered back to sequoia 05-07 hunting.
