Hip is doing well, and it's going to get better faster now. Here;s why. I know I've posted about my rib bruise. 5 weeks in now. This morning at 3am I woke up and it was screaming at me. Local docs have not provided any relief. So I called my Chiro and friend, he said come in today, and I did. He poked and proded and said how the hell are you still walking around? Ribs (plural) neck, back, was all out of whack, probably from when I fell and broke my hip. He vibrated, massaged, manipulated and that hurt some, but when he was done I felt soooo much better. He wants me back on Friday to check it out. Yep, only $30 a whack.
I know some people don't believe in chiropractors but I have in the past and still do.
Spent the afternoon on the phone with the VA trying to find out the authorization number for my fall on 7-24-20. They can see I called, but can't find the fucking number I need to give to 2 hospitals and related stuff. I'm now getting past due notices. If this fucks up my good credit...

I think there's a lot of really bad chiros out there that just do the "adjust-n-go" specials. But if you have a good chiro then you're set. I know my guy is good because I only ever go once or twice a year and I never get the "come back next week" from him. I definitely see why yours wants you back on Friday though and sounds like you've been goin to him for a while

 

Was your surgery done in a VA hospital or civilian?
