sheeit. The dude I was in chat with quoted some shit that 'two day shipping is from the day it's shipped out and doesn't guarantee it will arrive in two days' or whatever and then said "sound good?" like that was going to solve my problem. I got pissed and gave him an abysmal rating. Nothing else ever happened though

 

I tried the chat deal....got pissed and called

 

Yeah, I got pissed and just dropped it lol. i don't care anymore

 

It pissed me off when I could explain what the problem was. I could only use the few answers they gave.

Yeah, the dude definitely wasn't getting what I was trying to explain. I had already dealt with Comcast customer service a couple times that week too so I was pretty over it.

It really pisses me off when I get sent to a foreign country and have to try and talk to them. Between their accent and mine......it rarely works out
I've always heard you can ask to be sent to an American call center, but never think about it until the call is over with.
