What's interesting is I started with 545. I just finished building my first AR a month or so ago and I can't find any frigging ammo to shoot the thing. Luckily I always keep 545 overstocked. Hard to find that now too.

But anyway, been wanting to compare. I do wish we had the ammo options that 556 has.

Check out Classic Firearms' website, they've had some (545) in stock recently. Also Ammoseek.com.

Redneck Rifle Hanger came in. I dig it, may be a gimmick, might work out awesome, but at 27 bucks, I’ve spent more on dumber shit

I haven’t bought it yet but I arranged to buy 1 lb each of IMR4198 and IMR4350 from my dealer after work.

I don’t do volume to warrant an 8# right now, I’m just getting started but I’m hoping to use some of both powders for 6.8 and .243 for deer season.

Nearly 170 bucks later.... I'm glad I had a 15% off discount code though.

    Things and stuff
I bought them from an old guy that stopped Reloading seven or eight years ago. They’ve been in a room where he keeps all his reloading stuff and it is climate controlled. He said he couldn’t believe how much primers are going for right now and would sell them to me for what he bought them for which was $20 per thousand so I ended up walking out with 10,000 primers for $200

Oh you will, it's part of the addiction.
In normal times, reloading shops hand out 1 lbs bottle for free,,, just like the dope dealers downtown. First hit is free
I need to turn up some 6.8s, just been busy with other calibers.
    Good luck!

I’m sure by the end of next year or so (hopefully components are easier to find and cheaper) I’ll be buying in bulk. Right now I just need a little hit to get started

$67 for 2lbs of powder, I’m going to have to set aside a little bit more in the “gun fund” to afford the 8# bottles.
