TALLEST LT kit?

    So I am looking at getting an LT kit for my truck. I have king c/o and king remote resi in the rear. I was reading up on LT on tttora and someone said that different LT kits can give more lift than others. I was wondering if this is true and then which one is the tallest? Also I would want to run 35"s with it so can some people educate me on that?

    I am 4x4 and would want the kit for some desert running but I also need it for some serious rock crawling!!!

    It's not going to sit that tall since your 4x4 because you can't run spindles.

    well if u are plannin on running fiberglass fenders too (like most people do with LT), then Im pretty sure 35s will fit on most LT kits such as All-pro and Total Chaos from what I've seen. Most guys run 33s because they get more travel from jumping and doing all that crazy shit

    Im happy with my Total Chaos 4x4 LT set-up. I run 35s and barely rub in the front. With fiberglass bedsides you wont rub at all.

    Mike runs Camburg on his race truck and he is 4x4 as well.

    Just get an All Pro kit. and their front fenders. Thats what my buddy runs and he is rockin' 35 km2s. It will also keep you from being too wide for some trails. You can crank you c/o's so you can get some hight if you want. I know my tc kit is a bit wide for some of the tight trails around here

    mostly stock
    Just stick a solid axle under there with three links and coilovers if you want to crawl. You can do mild stuff with LT, but if you get serious it gets expensive to maintain, although RCV is coming out with some great CV options soon that will help with reliability and front diffs are becoming available as more people swap in solid axles. The all-pro kit is a compromise between the two and cheaper, but if you want to go fast longer arms are the only option. 35's will require a regear to 4.56 also, and you might as well do an ARB up front while you are at it. The thing about LT is, it isn't a "lift", it increases wheel travel and that includes UPTRAVEL. That means at full stuff the tires will be closer to the fenders (that's why we run glass) and you will have to trim to run 35's and get full travel. You can sacrifice travel and limit uptravel with bumps, but performance will suffer. If you don't care about performance just get a drop bracket lift, and avoid rock gardens and whoops.

    Thanks guys. I was looking for something less serious than a solid axle. I have a 85 runner on 37s locked front n rear for the "hardcore" wheeling. I wanted something that would be capable and be more comfortable than a beat runner. So what I see is the allpro kit is the way to go?

    Any other opinions?

    No I skipped that day of skool... and telling me that it wont be high because I cannot run spindles is not very useful when my question was if some are taller than others and if so which is the tallest. Can YOU read?

    Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
    People don't go to LT to gain lift so that question is pretty vague to begin with. Basically the only way you are going to gain the most lift is to crank up the coilovers or as said before running lift spindles will help increase this, but as you know you will lose 4x capabilities.

    The only way to best explain this is you want to find an LT kit that will extend your wheel base pushing your tires towards the front of the truck to allow the clearance near the firewall.
