    From the beginning of my homebrew hobby, I’ve always heard that time can fix most beers. I have found that true on occasion, but some are so bad that there’s no saving. I chalked my Marzen up to a loss. It fermented hot, it sat in the fermenter too long, and by the time I kegged it I wasn’t expecting much. The first dozen or so pours matched my expectations. Now all of a sudden it has cleared up and there are no off flavors. I had mine side by side a Burial Marzen last night and I actually preferred mine. Now, I just need to be able to nail hoppy beers.

    I got them at the steel bender brewery on 2nd st in ABQ. Right off paseo. They were selling them like crazy. It’s definitely one of my favorites this year.
