It's my intention to put so much money into it that I can convince the missus it will never be economically viable to sell it

My truck was more than that completely stock haha. But it is what it is, they're worth it. Third time is the charm, so since this is my third taco I had to do it right.

Feels nice to relax after those flights. The one from Denver to GJ was the roughest plane ride Ive ever been on.

Yeah those little planes get tossed around pretty badly. The seats don't help much either

The wind coming off the rockies was tossing us around in the 757 from Washington DC too.

That flight landed 40 mins late so I had to sprint across the Denver terminal to catch the next one. Sucked cause that was gonna be lunch time.

Seems like I revert to desperate camping meals when I don't have anything fresh and don't have time to go out (or don't want to..). Tonight - rice, a can of chicken, a can of tomato paste, and some soy sauce. Its better than I expected.

Yeah I do the same. I'll go buy some stuff when I'm super motivated and then cook it all and then when I run out I don't immediately go back to the store so I'll just eat whatever random crap is laying about the house. Thankfully it makes sure my pantry never has anything expired.

All I’m taking food wise to Moab is pop tarts, sandwich shit, elk and beer.

The motivation dissipates quickly when I cook something and then eat it for 5 nights. I started buying frozen chicken though, so at least I don't have to cook whole packs of that.
