209 TACOS - B/S and shenanigans

Holy shit. I've been sort of MIA recently, and assumed these had come in and been installed. That's crazy, any options for cancelling/opting for ADS?

 

Just going to ride it out. I had a pretty good talk with the FOX - Offroad Products Sales Manager a couple weeks ago. This was just a bad year to order these. Not just because of Covid (which is part of it) but they are also moving their entire facility operation from California to Georgia right now.

I've been looki g for a set of grey BMW seats, ever since I installed the BMW seats in my son's T4R... but FREE was too good of a price to pass up.

 

That seems to be a common theme in business around California.

Had the close out meeting on the project I'm finishing up. 114 houses built and closed in 23 months (6 months less than projected). Profit of 8 million (double the projected 4 million profit)

 

Big bonus for you in the near future???

 

LMAO... The big bosses are coming up next week. To talk about man power and payroll.

I'm totally fine with my bonus being my name isn't on the wrong side of the ledger when they talk layoffs.

Should be good though... CFO said this job is the most efficient/profitable he's seen in 26 years he's been with the company... And I'm already building models and starting 24 houses on my new project (120 houses).
