saw one guy whose LED ring supposedly failed after 1 year
but most of the posts above on this thread say people's tail lights are still working after 3 years
    so maybe they're reliable

only pics I've seen before is on the ATH Fab Tacoma and they look good on it.

Had another thought. Can someone recommend a 3157 led error free/anti hyperflash bulb for the rear turn signal? Wouldn't need a resistor then.

I have those exact same tail lights, just seal the seem with RTV and you're good to go. I personally love the look of black back tail lights over the chrome. I also had those headlights for years until recently an idiot driver did one in, did the same sealing of the seam and they held up really well. Be aware that the light output was about 90% of what OEM was (who buys headlights for light output though?). Just make sure if you get headlights to adjust them properly once installed.

I know this thread is old but just thought I would mention for the sake of anyone reading that I also installed mine about then and still good 10 years later.

Just here again because I need to replace one from an accident and couldn't remember where I got them lol. Truck is always garage kept but zero condensation or failures without additional silicon
