This is with nothing in the bed for trips - typically I have 5gal water, fridge, gear, dog, pointed shovel, pulaski, two bikes on the hitch rack…) Probably an additional 300 lbs for probably a constant 600lbs of camper + stuff in bed.

We went down thru Mendano Pass this Thurs/Friday...great route into the Dunes.

After camping, we headed back north thru Hayden pass. We were the only folks there aside from one hunter there. The road from Villa Grove up to the pass is "OK" but had a ton of areas that were "sketchy"...not an issue but it seems like it is less traveled. On the way down from the pass towards Coaldale we rescued a Quad that overheated and saw a pretty brand new Ford F250 that probably fell about a year ago depending on the veggie growth.

If anyone knows the person that slid down let me know! We chatted with a sheriff, after getting pulled over for illegal lights that I forgot to turn off as it was around dusk, but it seems like that truck has been there since last September

"Illegal lights"? Because it's an official road or something and you had "off-road" light bar or ditch lights on?

    Bastard pack FTW.
Mine were supposed to lift a 70s scout 4" before I cut them and married them to a stock top leaf.

Picked up a new CCW this week. Ordered the optic and trigger kit on Monday after I did the BGC. The optic was here before the BGC came back the and the trigger kit arrived yesterday. Was able to buy 1000 rounds of 9mm with the gun. Forgot I had 2500 rounds at home. Thought I sold more than I did.

I was carrying an LCP w/ a CrimsonTrace laser. But doubling my capacity and a red dot in a smaller/lighter package than my 6 round XDs. No brainer. Carrys extremely well in a 'modified' Crossbreed Supertuck.

Comparison of XDs, PPS, and Hellcat. The LCP (not pictured) would hold 6+1. The XDs would normally be carried with the flat plate mag holding 5+1.
