Could you take a top down photo?

Those look like spacers to me but I'm unsure cause I've never used them... you should just be able to take those 5 extra nuts off and then the rotor would be free

It’s a five lug. You have to take those five bolts and then the wheel bearings off.

Those ones on the right are definitely worn, but that one on the left looks new... if it isn't new then you've got uneven brake pad wear which could mean a couple different things

to replace the rotor, you have to remove the hub from the spindle. I found it easier to break loose the 5 bolts holding the rotor onto the hub (circled) while it was still on the truck. You'll have to use a pry bar/tire iron between the lugs to prevent the hub from spinning or have someone step on the brakes to break 'em loose. Pop the dust cap off (arrow), remove the cotter pin, castle nut retainer and castle nut. Pull hub/rotor assembly straight off the spindle. Remove the 5 bolts holding the rotor on. The rotor may be stuck to the hub so you may have to give it a whack. Put the new rotor on the hub, put the 5 bolts back in and tighten to 47 ft lbs. Probably should repack the wheel bearings while the hub is off. I've never replaced the seals but ymmv. Put hub/rotor back on the spindle. Put back the castle nut, retainer and cotter pin and you're done. I may have skipped a step or two but these should be the main ones.

Does the castle bearings behind the rotor require the grease?

When you say divider, do you mean this groove? Yes, that's supposed to be there.

Thank you guys im almost done with the job. Im trying to compress the part that compresses the brake pads. That would require a the brake line being removed. Do i need to bleed the brakes?

don't need to remove the brake line. A C-clamp is helpful in pushing the piston back into the caliper. I've also used large channel locks. DO NOT ADD fluid until you get the pistons pushed back in and the pads loaded. The fluid level will rise. If you add fluid before you get the piston back in, you'll overflow the fluid reservoir.

Once you're done, it certainly is a good idea to bleed the brakes.
