Doesn’t work with wet leaves. It’s hooked to the tractor in The garage. I go out once in a while and do a lap lol.

The wind direction is in my favor for blowing into the woods. That new backpack blower should do the trick.

    Nice.
The wind direction blows right into my garage lol. my electric is good enough for around The drive and blowing out the garage. Constant losing battle in the fall

I just go out the dormer window (bonus room above garage) and blow them out with my hand held Stihl blower. Ranch, so roof isn't steep.

I decided to use stone around the garage instead of gutters. So much easier

Somebody say leaves? I have a tree by the driveway/garage that has been the bane of my existence. I had my yard all cleaned up yesterday and this is what I was greeted with this morning:

(yes a shameless plug for a picture of my truck too :D)

Guess I'm getting the mower out again... I'm lazy so the only blowing it gets is to clear the driveway and around the tree. I'll "mow" the rest. I do need to get some more ethanol free gas though. I used to hate mowing/trimming until I got my Cub Cadet 46" mower. Also replaced my cantankerous Troy Built blower with a nice Echo unit to go along side my Echo trimmer. Even though I have two yards to mow (grandmother lives nextdoor) I find myself not having enough grass to mow now:rofl:

Leaf cleanup can be a futile effort at its peak. We're still 2-3 weeks away from major dumpage.

Mine is so bad this year I can’t do it all in a weekend. So I make a few passes every few days.
When it get to the end then I’ll rearrange for winter

Sucky thing for me....about the time we're at peak dumpage....the time will change and it'll be damn near dark by the time I get home during the week. So almost all of my cleanup will be relegated to the weekend.

Had huge Bradford Pear removed from the front yard in February. Hopefully that will help on the leaf dumpage situation.

Heh, my neighbor used to dump the leaves behind my house in the wooded alley. I understand it was the leaves off my tree but he would also would dump his dog crap and grass clippings there too. I don't like confrontation so last year I cleared most of the brush so his cover was blown. Stopped doing it then. Guy's very particular about his lawn it's almost comical. Retired Coast Guard so I assume has nothing to do. Always mows a day after I do so his grass is always shorter. Sometimes I'll be a dick and mow mine right after that again. No clue why he don't like me

Same....leaves started falling early, then seem to have paused with the rain we've had lately. I do a little here and there so it doesn't become this monstrous chore.

My wife has great headlights. But they're worthless for cleaning up leaves.

    :notsure:
