He knows he will get away with it. My word against his. He even took my trash to look for personal information.

One time I have to change clothes 4 different time because he kept dressing like me. He bribe his kids with weed to park close to my driveway to aggravate us. Plus we have a hard time getting out of the driveway.

When I had the driveway replace he started to wash his car so the water goes in my driveway while work was going on.

State Police commented that they were surprise that he was allowed to walk on the street and not in a mental institute.

I put a camera in the front window with the motion sensor zone on the mailbox and front walkway.

The funny thing is I used to get nails, screws in the tires every 2 to 3 weeks. Now with the camera I may get 1 or 2 if any a year.

Who would think a camera prevent nails in the tires.

Just finally wiring up the fan/light that I rewired and fished through the ceiling during the reno. Prior owner put a 16x16 dining room addition with 15’ vaulted ceilings and somehow didnt think any lights in the room was necessary.

Also wired up the 2 gang for the outside lights and kitchen. Love it! Er mah gerd!

Now gotta finish the deck.. this day brought to you by: Caffeine

Heh, that's too much work for me

I still need the mulching kit for my mower, but for now I'm making it work.

We'll see how long this last, as soon as I finished the wind started picking up...

It'll have to do for several days, not gonna be able to do it again until Thursday morning.

Nice and flat! I'll have to repeat this multiple times before all the leaves are down. Like I said previously, it's easier to handle in manageable chunks. Plus I can mow/mulch between. With the hills, I use a Toro Easy Pace recycler/mulcher/bagger. Only takes an hour.

Flat, but bumpy as Hell! My old Craftsman 30" rider had no seat springs so it would bust your kidneys all around. Also was making my lower back pain worse.. It did mulch a whole lot better though. The XT1 makes much quicker work even with going over it more times. It's overkill for less than 1/2 an acre, but I don't plan on staying here much longer.
